Chrissy Lombard Adair
Chrissy Lombard Adair
Chrissy is a graduate of Mt. Hebron High School. She went on to play lacrosse at Boston University where she was a 3 time All-American, 3-time Player of the year for America East, America East Rookie of the year. She was inducted into the BU hall of fame in 2012.
After college Chrissy went on to coach at the newly D1 program George Washington University. She was the assistant for 3 years and promoted to Head Coach. She was awarded Coach of the Year twice for Atlantic 10 during her tenure as Head Coach at GW.
Chrissy left GW to start a family while still volunteering to coach and giving lacrosse lessons. She helped coach at her alma alter Mount Hebron and also at HoCo before becoming the director of HoCo Girls lacrosse club. She stepped down as director in 2023 to pursue coaching at the High School level. Chrissy is going into her 2nd year as Head Coach at Glenelg Country School. She is also the Head Coach of HoCo 2035 Black team where she coaches her daughter Remy.
Chrissy is married to Hunter Adair and they have three kids, Greyson, Ramsey and Remy.
Kelsey Erdman
Kelsey Erdman
Kelsey went to River Hill High School. Kelsey was a three sport athlete: soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. Kelsey did not start playing lacrosse until high school. She played varsity soccer 3 years, varsity basketball 4 years, and varsity lacrosse 4 years. The 2006 soccer team won the county, regional, and 3A state chamionship, with a 20-0 record. Kelsey was All County second team Baltimore sun and MVP for her team this season. Kelsey was voted Howard County Coaches women’s soccer second team 2005 and Howard County coaches women’s soccer first team 2006. Kelsey’s 2005-06 basketball team also won the county, regional, and 3A state championship, with a 28-0 record. Kelsey was second team all county Baltimore sun. Kelsey was female athlete of year 2007 at River Hill, USMC distinguished athlete 2007, and later inducted into the River Hill High School hall of fame in 2014.
Kelsey went on to play one year of basketball at Virginia Wesleyan and then returned to Howard Community College to do the nursing program. While at HCC Kelsey played Soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. For soccer Kelsey was DIII All-tournament team women’s soccer 2010, All Maryland JUCO 1st team women’s soccer 2010, NJCAA All American 1st team women’s soccer 2010, and NSCAA All American women’s soccer 2010. For lacrosse Kelsey was All Maryland JUCO 1st team women’s lacrosse 2009 and 2010, and NJCAA All American 1st team women’s lacrosse 2009 and 2010. Kelsey was athlete of the year 2010 at HCC.
Kelsey works as a nurse and has two children that are also multi-sport athletes. She has coached her daughter in youth lacrosse, starting with HCLax in 2024 and moving to HoCo 2035 in 2025.
Kira Avery
Kira Avery
Kira graduated from Old Mill High School, where she played lacrosse for four years and competed with CCLax for club. She later attended Stevenson University, playing lacrosse for a few years while earning her degree in Business Communications with a minor in Marketing. She graduated in May of 2025 and works with an advertising company in Baltimore. She began helping coach the 2035s in 2024 and has been with HOCO helping with clinics and private lessons as well.
John Fortin
John Fortin
John previously coached girls recreational youth lacrosse with Western Maryland Youth lacrosse including time as an assistant coach for Mt. Airy, head coach for Urbana and head coach for LOUYAA. John is USA Lacrosse Level 1 and Level 2 certified and served on the board of the Western Maryland chapter of USA lacrosse as coaching education coordinator. John’s daughter Lilly played for Coach Adair at Glenelg Country School and currently plays lacrosse for the Oregon Ducks.
Anna Johnston
Anna Johnston
Anna graduated from Catonsville High School in 2022, where she was a lacrosse goalie for all 4 years, 3 years being on varsity and receiving the First Team All Baltimore County Award. She started playing lacrosse in first grade for Catonsville Rec Lacrosse, and then played for Bitmore Lacrosse Club as well starting in 2015 until she graduated in 2022. She is currently in her senior year playing collegiate lacrosse at Stevenson University. Anna is set to graduate in spring of 2026 with a bachelors in elementary education. She began assistant coaching the 2035s in 2024 and has been helping goalie coach for the club.
