Kate Sites

Kate Sites

Kate Sites is a Glenelg Country School graduate, where she was a multi-sport athlete, competing in lacrosse, field hockey, and indoor track. She was an IAAM B Conference champion in the 4x400m, 4x200m, 500m, and 300m. Kate played club lacrosse for Maryland United and played on the DC Metro Team. She went on to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Maryland, where she was a member of the program for six years. Kate has coached with Shooting Stars for the past four years and previously served as an assistant coach for the Hero’s 2028 team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Security and Terrorism Studies.
