Minjee Yi serves as a co-head coach for The HoCo 2031 Black Team. She is a Wilde Lake High School graduate where she played both Volleyball and Lacrosse. She was a 4 year Varsity Letter Winner and Team Captain. Throughout her middle and high school careers she played for HoCo and then Coppermine Lacrosse.
Minjee then continued her lacrosse career in college where she played Division 1 lacrosse at Longwood University located in FarmVille, Virginia. During her time there, she played primarily as a defender and was named on the Big South Academic Team.
Currently, she lives in Baltimore, MD where she is attending nursing school at The University of Maryland, Baltimore with aspirations to pursue pediatric nursing. Minjee is passionate about helping young athletes build strong foundational ideals of perseverance and work ethic. At the same time, she hopes to build a fun welcoming environment for girls to grow on and off the field.
