Courtney Greer

Courtney grew up in Howard County and graduated from Mount Hebron High School, where she was a multi-sport athlete in lacrosse and basketball. She earned All-County and All-Met honors on the lacrosse field, recognized by The Baltimore Sun and The Washington Post. Her playing career took her to James Madison University and then to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she competed as part of ACC Championship–winning teams and advanced to the Final Four.

Courtney has coached at multiple levels, including Mount Hebron High School (JV) and Archbishop Spalding (Varsity). She is currently entering her third season as an assistant coach for the Glenelg Country School Varsity Girls team, where she focuses on building confidence, strong habits, and intentional play. Courtney holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Courtney is currently pursuing certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and is passionate about supporting athletes’ physical, mental, and emotional development beyond the field. She lives locally with her husband and three children.
